中西医结合治疗慢性疲劳综合征临床研究

摘　　要：目的：观察中西医结合治疗肝郁脾虚型慢性疲劳综合征的临床疗效及安全性。方法：将90例患者随机分对照组与治疗组,每组各45例。对照组采用盐酸帕罗西汀胶囊,10～30 mg·d^-1,每日1次,口服;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用丹栀逍遥片,每次4片,每日3次,口服,观察两组患者临床疗效、疲劳量表-14评分、抑郁自评量表及焦虑自评量表评分情况。结果：治疗组有效率93.33%,对照组有效率73.33%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=5.414,P=0.020〈0.05）;两组患者治疗后疲劳量表-14评分、抑郁自评量表及焦虑自评量表评分均较治疗前明显降低,且治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）;对照组有15例患者出现头晕、恶心、口干、嗜睡等症状,治疗组有7例出现恶心、头晕、口干、头痛等症状,两组不良反应比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗肝郁脾虚型慢性疲劳综合征有较好的临床疗效,且不良反应少。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome. Methods： 90 patients were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group,45 cases in each group. The control group was given Paroxetine Hydrochloride,10-30 mg·d^-1,1 time a day,oral. On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was given Danzhi Xiaoyao tablet,4 pieces each time,3 times a day,oral. Observed the clinical efficacy of two groups,fatigue scale-14 score,depression self rating scale and anxiety self-assessment rating scale. Results： The effective rate was 93. 33% in treatment group and 73. 33% in control group. Compared of the two groups,the difference was statistically significant（ χ^2= 5. 414,P =0. 020 〈0. 05）. The fatigue scale-14 score,depression self rating scale and anxiety self-assessment scale score of two groups were significantly decreased compared with before. The treatment group was superior to control group（ P〈0. 05）. In control group： 15 patients appeared the symptom such as dizziness,nausea,dry mouth,sleepiness. In treatment group： 7 cases appeared the symptom such as nausea,dizziness,dry mouth and headache. Compared the adverse reactions of two groups,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome has better clinical curative effect and less adverse reaction.
