摘　　要：芳香疗法是采用天然植物香料或其提取出的芳香精油,用于减轻、预防或治疗人体某些疾病的一种辅助方法。精油对人体神经系统、消化系统、呼吸系统、皮肤、泌尿系统等方面均有双向调节作用,并在抗动脉粥样硬化、抗癌、抗菌、抑菌等方面具有一定的优势。其优势主要在于渗透性好、代谢快、不滞留、毒性小等方面,同时又易于透过血脑屏障,从而达到开窍化浊、活血化瘀、疏风散寒、解肌发表等治疗目的。值得注意的是,部分含挥发性成分的芳香药材在煎煮过程中,由于挥发油很容易散失而影响疗效,精油弥补了这一缺陷。故很有必要加强芳香疗法的相关研究,如明确其疗效与剂量、扩大其适应证范围、与其他治疗以及药物的协同作用等。另外,芳香疗法的安全性研究以及行业标准的制定也是亟待解决的一大问题。Aromatherapy is using the natural plant spices or aromatic essential oil to reduce and prevent or treatment for human diseases. Essential has oils two-way regulating action on human nervous system,digestive system,respiratory system,skin,urinary system,as well as certain advantages in the resistance to atherosclerosis,anticancer,antibacterial,antibacterial,etc. Its advantage lies in the good permeability,fast metabolism,not retention,small toxicity,etc. As well,it is easy to throughout the blood brain barrier to achieve the purpose of treatment. It is worth noting that part of the volatile components in aromatic herbs is easy to loss and affect curative effect,essential oil to make up for the defects. Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the studies of aromatherapy as clear its curative effect and dose,expanding the scope of its indications,synergy with other treatments and drugs,etc. In addition,the security research and industry standards of aromatherapy are also big problems to be solved.
