温针灸疗法及其应用

摘　　要：传统温针灸法临床应用时存在一定的缺点,艾火容易脱落烫伤皮肤、烧坏床单;较细、较短的毫针不能承受艾炷或艾条的质量而不能应用温针灸;穴区皮肤浅薄、毫针平刺、斜刺亦无法使用温针灸。笔者在临床针灸过程中设计发明了温针灸盒、温针灸架、帽式温针灸器等各种用于温针灸的温灸器,解决了传统温针灸操作的弊端,满足了不同针刺状态同时施灸的要求,使温针灸更好地应用到脑血管病、糖尿病、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、高脂血症、痛风、胃脘痛、腹痛、腹泻等疾病的治疗中。Traditional warming moxibustion clinical application has some disadvantages,moxa fire easily skin scald,burning out sheets;Thin and short needles can not bear the moxa cone or the quality and is not fit for the application of warm acupuncture; acupoint skin shallow,flat spines filiform needle stabbing also can＇t make warm acupuncture. The author design the warm acupuncture and moxibustion box,warming needle moxibustion frame,etc. various kinds of cap type warm acupuncture instrument for warming moxibustion warming acupuncture in clinical acupuncture and moxibustion process,solves the defects of traditional acupuncture and moxibustion operation,to meet the different acupuncture and moxibustion state requirements,the acupuncture and moxibustion better applied to the treatment of cerebral vascular disease,diabetes,coronary heart disease,hyperlipidemia,gout,stomachache,abdominal pain,diarrhea and other diseases.
