摘  要:非织造土工布是随机分布各向异性纤维网经机械加工、热黏合或化学黏合固结而得到的一种产业用纺织品,广泛应用于土木工程建设中,主要结构特征是纤维的不连续且随机分布。作为材料的一个基本力学指标,泊松比影响材料的剪切模量、变形特性、断裂韧性等力学性能。由于非织造土工布在拉伸过程中存在严重的"颈缩"现象,因此,有必要研究泊松比的非接触式测试方法。提出应用图像处理技术测试非织造土工布的泊松比并进行实验验证,该方法为实现泊松比的自动、实时测试提供了理论基础和实践可能,对非织造土工布力学性能的研究和应用有着重要的科学意义。Nonwoven geotextile is a kind of industrial textile, made of randomly distributed anisotropic fiber network treated by machining, thermal bonding or chemical bonding. It is extensively used in civil engineering. Its main structural features are the random and discontinuous distribution of fibers. The mechanical behaviors such as shear modulus, deformation behavior and fracture property of nonwoven are influenced by Poisson's ratio, a primary parameter. Thus, it is necessary to study the method for obtaining the Poisson's ratio by non-contact measurement. A new method was developed based on image processing technology and executed. It had laid a foundation for automatically, on-line getting the Poisson's ratio, and also had an important meaning for investigating the mechanical behavior of nonwoven geotextile.
