摘　　要：本文对＂基于EC产品的乐山寒潮预报系统＂的预报原理进行了介绍;并对2005年10月~2014年4月该预报系统的使用效果、预报准确率和误差进行了详细的分析,对预报工具和集体预报的预报情况进行了对比分析。结果表明,该寒潮预报系统具有较好的可用性和有效性,有利于提高寒潮以及强降温天气过程的预报能力。This article introduced the principle of ＂Leshan forecasting system of cold wave based on EC products＂ ;Carried out a detailed analysis on the use effect, forecast accuracy and error in October 2005 to April 2014. Compared with man - prediction and forecasting tools on forecast accuracy. The results show that this forecasting system has good usability and effectiveness, helps to improve forecasting ability of strong cooling process.
