摘 要:美国PME(Precision Measurement Engineering,Inc.)公司的MSCTI(Micro Scale Conductivity-Temperature Instrument)快速温度、电导率测量仪是测量微小尺度温度、电导率变化的仪器。目前国内外很多用户都是采用该仪器测量温盐跃层界面变化情况及湍流等现象。对于快速响应的温度传感器国内目前没有相应的测试检测装置。对PME公司的MSCTI温度传感器的时间常数测量及针对该测量仪的两种定标方法进行比较分析。实验结果表明经过四次拟合定标方法得出的温度测量值与温度标准值的测量误差较小,而采用PME公司推荐的两点拟合方法得出的电导率值测量误差较小。文章对该测量仪做了较为细致的分析,为科学使用该测量仪进行了探索,为今后使用该测量仪的海洋科学工作者提供一定的技术参考。The Micro-Scale Conductivity-Temperature Instrument(MSCTI) fast temperature and conductivity instrument is developed by the Precision Measurement Engineering Inc(PME), designed to measure micro-scale changes of temperature and conductivity. The response time of its temperature sensor is only 7 ms. At home and abroad, many clients are using the instrument to measure temperature and salinity changes and turbulence flow at the thermocline interface. At present, there is no corresponding testing instrument in China for quick-response temperature sensors. Under the support of the project "Ocean Dynamic Environmental Observation Equipment Integrated Testing Platform Technology Research and Demonstration ", the measurement of the response time of the MSCTI instrument is conducted, with the comparative analysis carried out on the two calibration methods for the instrument. Experiment results show smaller measurement error between the standard value and measured value derived from the four-time fitting calibration method, compared with the use of the conductivity fitting method recommended by PME. This paper conducts detailed analysis on the instrument and explores the scientific application ways, thus providing technical reference for the future adoption of the instrument.
