摘　　要：针对目前在用的WK-27A型电铲推压减速箱存在的齿轮掉齿故障,结合其设计特点,分析推压减速箱第二级减速齿轮副轮齿折断的主要原因,进行科学合理预防,克服由于人员操作不当、零备件更换不及时而造成的设备损坏,避免由于设备故障的突发从而导致临时性抢修,有效的降低设备维修费用以及维护工人的劳动强度及设备故障率,提高设备台效。In the paper,the main causes for gear tooth of second- level reduction gear for push reduction box break are analyzed aiming at the fault that teeth of gear for push reduction box of present WK- 27 A electric excavator drop and combining with its design features. Moreover,such measures as scientific and reasonable prevention,preventing damages of equipment caused by misoperation of personnel and untimely change of spare parts as well as avoiding temporary rush repairs caused by emergent equipment failure are proposed to effectively reduce equipment maintenance costs as well as keep labor intensity of workers and rate of equipment failure so that the efficiency of equipment is improved.
