摘　　要：扩散焊是制造电真空器件的关键工艺技术之一,具有连接精度高、接头强度高、可焊材料种类多等优点,在电真空器件领域应用前景广阔。本文简略的介绍了它的特点、分类、连接材料以及它们在电真空领域的典型应用。Diffusion welding is a key technology in manufacturing process of vacuum electron devices,which has a lot of advantages such as high precision,high jointing strength,large numbers of applicable welding materials,etc.So diffusion welding has a broad application prospect.The characteristics,the classification and the welding materials of diffusion welding are introduced briefly in this paper,and some typical application examples in vacuum electron devices are also presented.
