摘　　要：开展第一次全国水利普查,摸清城市水务家底,可为经济社会可持续发展提供可靠的基础水信息支撑和保障,对于进一步研究解决深圳严峻的水问题,具有重要意义。该文从深圳实际情况出发,阐述了在全国水利普查基础上拓展延伸的调查内容,围绕水利普查到水务普查转变过程中的技术难点、特色工作、保障措施与成果应用等进行小结,归纳了按时保质保量完成普查任务的做法,可为今后开展水务普查工作提供参考。The first national water survey of the urban water base can be provided reliable basis for sustainable economic and social development support and assurance of water information,it is of great significance for further research to solve the problem of serious water in Shenzhen. According to the actual situation,the survey content is extended on the basis of the national water resources census,surrounding the water survey to change the technical difficulties in the process of water census work,characteristic,measures and application,and the methods is summarized which can provide reference for new water census in future.
