摘　　要：结合新形势下安钢生产运行特点,从机制、设备、调度、管理等方面对物流进行了全面的剖析和优化,通过从计划源头到入厂使用进行全流程的系统管控,提高物流组织的计划性、准时化、标准化,增强采购、运输、生产各相关单位间的协作意识和水平,实现了物流联控联动的一体化管理,使火车延时占用费和汽车运费得到明显降低。Analysis and improvement on supply logistics in Anyang Steel has carried on from the mechanism,equipment,scheduling based on the its production characteristics. Through scientific controls are applied during the whole flow to improve the planning,just- in- time and standardization of the logistics organization,thus cooperation consciousness and level between each units are enhanced so that integrated management is achieved and train delay cost and car freight decreased clearly.
