摘 要:菌株S3是从厦门石胄头近海海水中分离到的,不产生抗菌活性物质,而产黑色素的一株放线菌。在其形态、培养及生理生化特征、细胞壁组分测定等传统的分类学方法的基础上测定和分析了菌株的16S r DNA序列。结果表明,菌株S3在多种培养基上产黑色素,孢子椭圆或圆柱状,在ISP培养基上培养特征与Streptomyces Puniciscabiei基本一致,菌株S3的16S r DNA序列与S.Puniciscabiei的同源性为99.595%,鉴定其为S.Puniciscabiei。The actinomycete strain S3 producing melanin with no antibacteria activity was isolated from water samples collected from Shizhoutou of Xiamen in China.Strain S3 was identified by methods of traditional and molecular biological taxonomy including determination of morphological and cultural characteristics,physiological and biochemical properties,cell wall components and 16S rDNA sequences analysis.Results showed that strain S3 produced melanin on many medium.Spores were oval or columned in ship.Cultural characteristics of strain S3 on ISP medium were in close agreement with S.Puniciscabiei.The 16S rDNA sequence of strain S3 had 99.595% similarity with that of S.Puniciscabiei.The strain S3 was identified as S.Puniciscabiei.
