基于水杨酸的三羟基季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂的制备

摘　　要：以农业上用于促进植物生长的小分子酚类物质水杨酸为主要原料,先经环氧氯丙烷开环酯化反应,再与二甲基乙醇胺发生季铵化反应,制备了一种新型的三羟基阳离子表面活性剂。确定了季铵化反应的最佳合成条件:反应溶剂为乙腈,反应时间为18 h,反应温度为60℃。得淡黄色液体产物27.9 g,收率87.3%。最终产物使用傅里叶变换红外光谱进行表征,结果表明,产物为目标化合物。Salicylic acid,usually used to promote plant growth as small molecular phenolic compounds,was reacted with epichlorohydrin to obtain esterification product.The esterification product was then quaternized with N,N-dimethylethanolamine to prepare the novel cationic surfactant.The optimal reaction conditions were obtained at 75 ℃ for 24 h in acetonitrile.The product was light yellow liquid with the yield of 87.3％.FT-IR was used to characterize the characteristic groups in the final product.
