五色梅总黄酮含量测定与自由基清除活性分析

摘　　要：以70%乙醇为溶剂,运用超声辅助和加热回流法提取了五色梅(Lantana camara L.)根、茎、叶、果和花中的总黄酮。采用分光光度法测定了五色梅根、茎、叶、果和花中总黄酮含量。结果表明,五色梅花的总黄酮含量最高,为6.16%,其次是叶,含量为3.54%,根、茎和果的总黄酮含量依次为0.18%、1.76%和1.17%。五色梅叶的乙醇粗提物具有有效的羟基自由基清除活性。Using 70％ ethanol as extraction solvent,the total flavonoids in the root,stem,leaf,fruit and flower of the plant Lantana camara L.were extracted by ultrasonic heating reflux,and determined by spectrophotometry.The results showed that the highest content of the total flavonoids was 6.16％ in the flower,followed by 3.54％ in the leaves.The content of the total flavonoids in the root,stem,and fruit was 0.18％,1.76％,and 1.17％.Ethanol extracts from Lantana camara L.leaf had the effective scavenging activity of hydroxyl radical.
