摘  要:建立了巴戟天(Morinda officinalis How.)药材中水分含量的近红外定量模型,可快速测定巴戟天中水分含量。按照《中华人民共和国药典》(2010版)规定采用烘干法测定166批巴戟天药材的水分含量,采集并用多元散射校正法、二阶导数法预处理近红外光谱,结合偏最小二乘法建立了近红外水分定量分析模型。所建立的校正模型的内部交叉验证决定系数为0.985 5,内部交叉验证均方差为0.402 7,校正均方差为0.169,预测均方差为0.180。结果表明,该近红外水分定量模型稳定、准确,可快速进行巴戟天药材中水分含量的测定。To establish a method for rapid and quantitative determination of the moisture in Morinda officinalis How.with near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS),moisture of 166 samples were determined by oven drying method.The quantitative detest model was established by PLS and was pretreated by MSC combined with second-derivative.The determination coefficient,root-mean-square error of cross-validation,root-mean-square error of calibration and root-mean square error of prediction was 0.9855,0.4027,0.169 and 0.180 in the created calibration model,respectively.This model is steady,accurate and reliable.It can be used for analyzing the moisture in Morinda officinalis How.
