摘 要:采用多因素综合分析法结合信息熵对湖北省2012年新型城镇化发展质量进行综合评价,运用耦合协调度模型对新型城镇化系统内部子系统间的耦合协调发展进行测度。结果显示,湖北省各地市新型城镇化质量差异明显,空间分布不均衡,整体呈现东部高西部低的规律;12个地市发展子系统耦合协调度均处于低水平-颉颃阶段。湖北省城镇化建设需要从武汉城市圈、"宜荆荆"和"襄十随"的城市群角度进行统筹规划,以民生发展为目标,兼顾经济和生态环境的协调发展。The comprehensive evaluation of the new urbanization is based on multiple factors analysis-entropy method,and the relationship among the three subsystems was analyzed by the coupling coordination degree model.The results showed the development of comprehensive evaluation was different and it had uneven spatial distribution characteristics; the development of coupling degree of the 12 cities is at a low level-antagonistic stage.By summarizing the similarities of all these categories,the existing problems and inadequacies of urbanization of each city were analyzed and their future development form Wuhan city circle was discussed.The Yichang-Jingzhou-Jingmen and Xiangyang-Shiyan-Suizhou urban agglomerations were put forward in order to coordinate the economic and ecosystem development.
