摘　　要：介绍了黑龙江鹤岗伊春电网11.12大风雪事故发生的过程,对事故成因进行详细分析和反思。针对与主网联系薄弱的小规模电网,阐述了实时监测低频减载切除量工作的重要性,并对小电网的低频减载方案提出建议,充分发挥发电机组对电网频率的支撑作用。An accident occurred to Hegang and Yichun grid of Heilongjiang on Nov. 12th, detail analysis and reflection of the accident ix made. h also indicates the importance of real-time monitoring of the load amour of underfrequeney load shedding and gives advice on scheme of underfrequeney load shedding for small-scale grid. At last, it points out that the unit shoud give full play to the supporting rule for grid frequeney.
