摘  要:通过对自行筛选的固氮和解磷菌不同配比的研究,获得了杉木(Cunrdaghamm lanceolata)根际促生菌复合肥的最佳配方,并测定了其对杉木幼苗生长的影响。研究表明,混合菌液的最佳配比为15%自生固氮菌液:15%解有机磷菌液:15%解无机磷菌液按体积比为1.5:1:1,施用该菌肥后杉木幼苗的月增长率为38.5%~59.3%:最佳杉木根际促生菌复合肥:发酵培养基、混合菌液、草木灰按质量比为5:3:2混合配制,其使幼苗生长高度的月增长率介于50.0%,81.4%,复合肥促生效果明显。杉木根际促生菌复合肥质量检测表明该肥符合质量要求。Through screening phosphate solubilizing bacteria and azotobacter in different proportions, the best formula of Cunninghamia lanceolata PGPR compound microbial fertilizer were obtained and its impact on Cunninghcunia lanceolota seedling growth was studied. The results showed that the optimal mixed bacteria ratio was 15% azotobacter solution: 15% organic phosphorus bacteria solution:15% inorganic phosphorus solution mixed by 1.5:1:1. With this mixed bacteria, the growth rate of Cunninghamia lanceolata seedling was 38.5%-59.3% monthly. The optimal ratio of Cunninghamia lanceolata PGPR compound microbial fertilizer with fermentation medium, mixed bacteria and ash was the mass ratio of 5:3:2.With this microbial fertilizer, the growth rate of Cunninghamia lanceolata seedling was between 50% and 81.4% monthly. It is proved that PGPR compound microbial fertilizer had great effect on the growth of Cunninghamia lanceolata seedling. The quality test showed that PGPR compound microbial fertilizer met with the required quality.
