摘  要:在鄂西北高山地区,采用喷雾法进行高含量苏云金杆菌(Bacillus thuringiensis)制剂(50000IU/mg可湿性粉剂,晶体蛋白含量为8.3%)防治小菜蛾的田间药效试验。试验结果表明,50000IU/mg苏云金杆菌可湿性粉剂对小菜蛾防效显著,药后7d防效达到91.0%~95.9%,优于对照药剂1.8%阿维菌素乳油。苏云金杆菌作为一种全球公认的低毒、环保、安全生物农药,50000IU/mg苏云金杆菌可湿性粉剂可以在高山十字花科蔬菜种植区大面积推广.推荐使用剂量675-900g/hm^2。In the northwestern Hubei alpine regions, a spray method was used to study the field efficacy of Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) with high level of insecticidal crystal protein (50 000 IU/mg BT WP ,with 8.3% crystal protein content) against mountain cabbage diamondback moth. The results showed that the recommended amount of 50 000 IU/mg of BT WP against 2-3 instar larvae of PluteUa xylosella L. was 675- 900 g per hectare, with significant control efficacy. The controlling effect was 93.6% and 91.0%, respectively after using pesticide 7 d later. The controlling effect of BT was significantly higher than the control pesticide named 1.8% Avermectin EC. Bt was a kind of famous andsafe biological pesticide with environmental protection, which could be used on large scale in areas of growing cruciferous vegetable in the mountains.
