酶解发酵菜子粕对肉仔鸡生产性能和血液生化指标的影响

摘  要:将菜子粕通过酶解发酵改良饲用品质后进行饲养试验。选用120羽21日龄的艾维茵肉鸡,随机分为3组,试验1、2、3组分别饲喂添加0%、4.5%、9%酶解发酵菜子粕的饲粮。结果表明,试验1组和试验2组之间末重、日均采食量、日增重等生产性能差异均不显著(P>0.05);与试验1组和试验2组相比,试验3组肉鸡日均采食量明显下降(P<0.05),日增重下降(P<0.05),肉鸡生长状况较差。各组间腿肌率无显著差异(P>0.05)。试验1组和试验2组之间胸肌率和半净膛率等屠宰指标差异也不显著(P>0.05)。试验3组的胸肌率和半净膛率较低于试验1组和试验2组(P<0.05)。各组间血清总蛋白、白蛋白和球蛋白含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。酶解发酵菜子粕添加量较高导致血清碱性磷酸酶含量升高(P<0.05)。各组间谷丙转氨酶差异不显著(P>0.05),谷草转氨酶差异显著(P<0.05)。菜子粕添加量升高,引起肉鸡血清尿素氮含量增加(P<0.05)。The feeding trials were used to study the effects of rapeseed meal with enzymatic fermentation. 120 birds of 21- days-old Avian broilers were randomly divided into three groups. They were fed diets containing 0%, 4.5%, 9% rapeseed meal with enzymatic fermentation. The results showed that between Group 1 and Group 2, difference of final weight, average daily feed intake, weight gain and other production performance was not significant (P〉0.05). Compared with Group 1 and Group 2, ADFI, ADG of broilers in Group 3 decreased significantly (P〈0.05). Growth condition of broiler was pooer. There was no significant difference between leg muscle rate of the groups (P〉0.05). A set of indicators of differences in slaughter rates and eviscerated chest rate between Group 1 and Group 2 were not significant (P〉0.05). Compared with Group 1 and Group 2, pectoral rate and eviscerated rate in Group 3 were lower (P〈0.05). Among the groups, the serum total protein, content of albumin and globulin were not significantly different (P〉O.05). Adding higher amount of rapeseed meal with Enzymatic fermentation resulting in the increase of serum alkaline phosphatase levels (P〈0.05). Alanine aminotransferase among groups were not significantly different (P〉0.05), Aspartate aminotransferase were significantly different (P〈0.05). With the increase of the amount of rapeseed meal, content of broiler serum urea nitrogen was significantly increased (P〈0.05).
