分光光度法对恩诺沙星原料的测定

摘　　要：对分光光度法测定恩诺沙星原料含量进行了较为系统的方法学论证,并与农业部兽药质量标准收载的高氯酸滴定法和高效液相色谱法相比较,该方法具有稳定准确,快速简便的优点。The enrofloxacin was analyzed systematically with spectrophotometry. The results of analysis from perchloric acid titration and HPLC method,which were the veterinary medicine quality standards methods of Ministry of Agriculture, were com- pared.The results showed that the spectrophotometric method was stable,accurate,rapid and easy.
