对湖北省农业科研机构投入的比较研究及改革建议

摘　　要：在总结阐述中国农业科研投资增长的演变过程及其存在问题的基础上,从湖北省农业科研机构政府投入分布,湖北省农业科研机构政府投入与全国平均水平,各省农业科研机构政府投入及湖北省科技投入与湖北省农业科研机构投入的排名4个层次比较分析了政府对湖北省农业科研机构的投资现状及其问题,并提出了相关建议及期望。By reviewing the evolution of agricultural research investment growth in China, the overall conditions and the existing prominent problems of investment in agricultural scientific research nationwide were revealed. The current situation and the existing problems of government investment in agricultural scientific research institutions of Hubei province were analyzed mainly from four aspects including the input distribution of agricultural scientific research institutions in Hubei province,the input of agricultural scientific research institutions in Hubei province and national average performance,the rank of the scientific input of agricultural scientific research institutions in Hubei province and other provinces.Based on that,several relevant policy suggestions were put forward.
