摘 要:为了使木结构住宅在客户及消费中得到更多的认知度,进一步促进木结构住宅绿色生态、可持续性的发展,笔者对消费者进行了随机调查。通过统计分析可以看出,现阶段人们对木结构房屋产品的认知度不是很高、不了解其优势性能等特征,人们更关心它的安全舒适性、耐久性、健康性、经济性等因素。今后应加大木结构产业的支持力度和宣传力度,应持续不断地加强木结构房屋产品的市场推广,加强研究、推出不同的产品,形成木结构产业链,转变消费者的传统观念、加强人们对木结构居住生活理念的认知。In order to make the timber frame house get more and more recognition in customers and consumption and further more promote the green ecological and sustainability development of timber frame house .The author conducted a random survey to consumer, through the statistical analysis, the cognitive of consumers to timber frame house products is poor and its advantage performance characteristics is not knowing at this stage. People care more about its safety, comfortable, durability, healthy, economy and other factors. Increasing policy support and publicity of the new media with timber construction industry in the future, and strengthening market promotion of timber frame building product. To strengthen research and introducing different products to form timber construction industry chain, to change the traditional concept of consumer and to strengthen conception for timber construction lifestyle.
