摘 要:利用山西省2006年-2013年闪电定位数据和2000年-2011年雷电灾害资料,结合山西省自然、社会、经济特征,以雷击密度、综合灾度、经济损失指标以及生命损失指标为雷电灾害易损性评估指标,采用层次分析法确定指标权重,建立雷电灾害易损性评估模型,计算全省各地市雷电灾害易损度,形成山西省雷电灾害易损性区划图。结果表明:太原市、阳泉市位于易损性极高区;晋中、长治、忻州位于易损性高区;临汾、晋城、朔州位于易损性中区;运城、吕粱、大同位于易损性低区。Using the lightning location data during 2006 - 2013 and lightning disaster statistical data from 2000 to 2011 in Shanxi, coordinating with the natural, social and economic characteristics in Shanxi, taking lightning strike density, synthetic disaster degree, economic vulnerability indices and life vulnerability indices as a vulnerability assessment index of lightning disaster, as well as index weight defined with AHP, the vulnerability assessment model for lightning disaster was established, and the vulnerable degree of lightning disaster in all the municipality of Shanxi was calculated, then the risk regionalization map of lightning disasters in Shanxi was given. The results show that Taiyuan Yangquan belong in a maximal vulnerability area; Jinzhong, Changzhi, Xinzhou belong in a high vulnerability area; Linfen, Jinchen, Shuozhou belong in a middle vulnerability area Yuncheng,Lvliang,Datong belong in a low vulnerability area.
