摘  要:实验研究了湿空气在泡沫金属内流动析湿过程的传热传质特性,得出了不同因素的影响规律。研究结果表明,随着入口空气相对湿度、温度和速度的增加,总换热量增加,且空气温度的影响比较明显;当入口空气温度由25℃增大到35℃时,换热量最大可增加82%;随着冷却水温度升高,潜热和显热换热量均减小,且潜热换热量降低幅度更大。与同体积的开窗翅片管式换热器相比,析湿工况下泡沫金属换热器内的湿空气换热量提高40%~112%。The heat transfer characteristics of moist air in metal foam during flow and dehumidification processes were investigated experimentally, and the influence principles of different factors were obtained. The results show that, the total heat transfer rate increases with the increasing inlet air relative humidity, temperature and velocity, and the influence of air temperature is more noticeable than that of the other factors; as the air temperature increases from 25℃to 35℃, the total heat transfer increases by 82%;the latent and sensible heat transfer rates decrease with the increasing cooling water temperature, and the latent heat transfer has much greater deterioration. Compared to louvered fin and tube heat exchanger, metal foam heat exchanger with the same volume can enhance heat transfer capacity by 40%-112%under the dehumidifying conditions.
