地域文化旅游资源综合评价研究——以山东省为例

摘　　要：依据地域文化旅游资源的特征,构建了由4个二级因素和13个三级因素组成的综合评价体系,以山东省20处典型的地域文化旅游资源为例,通过专家问卷调查和查阅相关资料获取基础数据,运用基于实码的加速遗传算法(RAGA)的投影寻踪分类模型(PPC模型)对这些地域文化旅游资源进行综合评价及分类。结果表明:1泰山等评价等级为第Ⅰ类;2三孟等评价等级为第Ⅱ类;3齐长城遗址等评价等级为第Ⅲ类;4田齐王陵等评价等级为第Ⅳ类;5魏氏庄园等评价等级为第Ⅴ类。研究提出:1通过发展观赏旅游、文化旅游、科研旅游、教育旅游等利基旅游,为地域文化资源保护提供稳定的资金来源;2通过综合分类评价,对地域文化旅游资源实行分级差异保护;3专家调查是地域文化旅游资源综合评价获取基础数据的重要途径。Based on the characteristics of regional cultural tourism resources, the comprehensive evaluation system was established that was consisted of four second level factors and thirteen third level factors. Twenty sites of typical regional cultural tourism resources in Shandong were evaluated by the method of projection pursuit classification model. The fundamental data of evaluation was acquired by expert questionnaires and related data. The result shows that：① Mount Tai etc. were in the first category.② Mencius Temple, Mencius Mansion and Mencius Cemetery etc. were in the second category. ③The Qi great Wall Ancient Site etc. were in the third category. ④Mausoleum of the King of Tianqi State etc. were in the fourth category. ⑤Weishi Demesene etc. were in the fifth category. The research suggests that： ①Through the development of ornamental tourism, cultural tourism, scientific research tourism, educational tourism, etc. , the stable funding could be provided for protecting regional cultural resources. ② By classification evaluation of regional cultural tourism resources, the result could be used to distinguish protective ranks of regional cultural tourism resources.③Expert investigation was important path as the comprehensive evaluation of regional cultural tourism resources.
