摘  要:制酸二系列低温热管余热锅炉于2007年投入运行,但是在使用过程中,出现了漏水、漏气、水管结垢堵塞、热管产生不凝性气体、换热效率下降等异常现象。2009年大修,对锅炉的下降管和上升管进行了疏通清理并且加药剂煮炉,去除水垢后,该余热锅炉换热效率得到明显提高。针对该锅炉一些缺陷,提出了改进意见,并于2012年实施后,热管锅炉运行稳定。The low temperature heat pipe in waste heat boiler using to produce second series of acid was put into operation in2007. However,it had some abnormal phenomenon,which are water leak,air leak,scaling and clogging of water pipe,uncondensable gas from heat pipe,decreasing heat transfer efficiency,etc. The down pipe and rising pipe was unclogged and cleaned and the boiler was boiled with chemical agent during the overhaul in 2009. The heat efficiency of waste heat boiler increases obviously after removing the scale. Aiming at some defects of the boiler,the improvement suggestions were put forward,and the heat pipe boiler has been in stable operation since the improvement in 2012.
