摘　　要：铜陵"双闪"铜冶炼厂采用当今世界最选进的闪速熔炼、闪速吹炼工艺,对入炉干矿、冰铜、炉渣的分析结果的准确性和时效性提出了很高的要求。本文从设计角度介绍了"双闪"铜冶炼厂炉前快速分析系统的配置、主要设备的选型情况,以及工厂实际应用的部分工作参数和方式方法。根据铜陵"双闪"铜冶炼厂运行情况,对该系统可能发生的问题给出了解决方案和建议,可为同类型企业的炉前快速分析系统的设计和管理提供参考。Tongling＂Double Flash＂copper smelter adopted the most advanced flash smelting and flash converting process in the world,and it gave high requirements for timely and accurately analysis of dry material,copper matte and slag feeding. The paper introduced the fast analysis system for＂Double Flash＂copper smelter based on design perspective,including the general layout,equipment selection,and some actual operation parameters and solutions. According to the actual operation situation of Tongling ＂Double Flash＂copper smelter,this paper gave the solutions and recommendations for the potential operation problems,which also could be a reference for the design and management of fast analysis system in similar smelters.
