烧结球团烟气综合治理技术的应用与分析

摘　　要：针对烧结球团烟气特性，结合钢铁企业实际生产情况，介绍当前烟气治理现状、存在问题以及发展趋势。阐述活性焦综合治理技术特点，以及在国内钢铁行业和有色行业应用情况。技术比较表明，国产活性焦技术不仅脱硫脱硝效率优于日本住友技术，而且一次性投资、运行费用均低。经济分析表明，活性焦干法烟气净化技术适用于我国烧结球团烟气脱硫、脱硝、脱二嗯英及脱重金属；针对高浓度烟气，已有成功运行装置。Aiming at flue gas characteristics of sintering and pelletizing, combining with the actual production of iron and steel enterprises, describing the current status of flue gas treatment, the existent problems and development trend. The characteristics of the technology of integrated treatment of active coke is introduced in this paper, and which is applied in the domestic steel industry and nonferrous industry. The technology comparison shows that, the domestic activated coke technology, not only the efficiency of desulfurization and denitration technology is superior to that of Japan Sumitomo, but also the one-time investment and operating costs ais low. The economic analysis shows that, the activated coke technology is more suitable for flue gas desulfurization, denitration, removal of dioxin and heavy metal removal in China. In the light of high concentration of flue gas, there existing devices have been in operation.
