摘　　要：迁钢炼钢厂大型废钢切割移动罩除尘工艺和设备是本公司跟踪国内外先进炼钢工艺和设备发展动向，通过调研并总结多年生产经验与北京首钢机电有限公司机械厂合作，共同完成研发和集成创新的项目；通过使用Inventor^--维软件绘图工具来校核完善设计图纸，使得大型废钢切割移动罩除尘工艺和设备设计更具有实用性和精准性。项目投产后，切割移动罩除尘效果实现了预期目标，达到国内领先水平，为今后的废钢切割除尘环保工程设计开辟了新的途径。Large scrap cutting mobile cover dust removal technology and equipment for Qiangang steel plant is the company tracking the domestic and foreign advanced steelmaking process and development trend, through the research and production experience for many years and Machinery factory plant, Beijing shougang mechanical and electrical co., LTD., joint project to do the research and development and integrated innovation; by using 3-d software drawing tool Inventor to check the perfect design drawings, making large scrap cutting mobile cover dust removal process and equipment design is more practical and precision. After the project put into production, cutting mobile cover dust removal effect to achieve the expected goal, reached the domestic leading level, for the future of the scrap cutting dedusting environmental protection engineering design opened up a new way.
