摘　　要：重点介绍连续镀锌生产线流程，包括入口设备、炉子设备、涂镀设备及最终的出口设备。对带铜涂镀全流程进行较全面分析，其中包含现今世界最先进的自主创新设备如YG装置、气提式液面浮渣清移装置等，解决了带钢涂镀、废边切削及涂镀中浮渣处理等技术难题，为如今涂镀技术提供了宝贵经验，有利于国内镀锌生产线的更新换代。Focus on the continuous galvanizing production line process, including entrance equipment, furnace equipment, plating equipment and the final exit equipment. Comprehensive analysis has been carried out on the whole process of strip steel plating, including the most advanced equipment of independent innovation in the world, such as YG device, removing device for the gas stripping liquid level scum etc. It has surmounted technological difficulties like the strip steel plating, edge cutting and scum processing during plating, and provided precious experience for the plating technology nowadays; it＇ s also beneficial for the upgrading of domestic galvanized production line.
