常规药物辅助耳穴贴压治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察常规药物辅助耳穴贴压治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法将84例慢性前列腺炎患者单盲随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组42例。治疗组采用常规药物(抗生素、坦索罗辛)辅助耳穴贴压治疗,对照组采用抗生素、坦索罗辛治疗,比较2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为85.72%,对照组为52.17%,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论常规药物辅助耳穴贴压治疗慢性前列腺炎临床疗效显著,能够整体改善患者生活质量及心理状态,疗效优于常规药物治疗。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of conventional therapy with auricular point sticking in treating chronic prostatitis.Methods Eighty-four patients with chronic prostatitis were randomized into treatment group and control group （42 in each group）. The treatment group was intervened by oral conventional medical therapy （such as antibiotics and/or Tamsulosin） with auricular point sticking, and the control group was given by oral antibiotics and/or Tamsulosin. Therapeutic efficacies were compared between the groups. Results The total effective rate was 85.72% in the treatment group versus 52.17% in the control group, and the difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.01）.Conclusion The clinical efifcacy of conventional therapy with auricular point sticking in treating chronic prostatitis is deifnite and signiifcant, which can improve the whole quality of life and the psychological barrier of the patient.
