间苯三酚联合缩宫素对足月妊娠的引产效果及安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨间苯三酚联合缩宫素对足月妊娠引产的效果及安全性。方法采用随机双盲、对照研究的方法,将足月妊娠中低宫颈评分的204例孕妇随机分为两组:观察组102例应用间苯三酚联合缩宫素引产,对照组102例静脉滴注缩宫素引产。结果观察组子宫颈口扩张速度明显快于对照组(P<0.05),第一产程和总产程时间显著少于对照组(P<0.01),阴道分娩率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而两组第二产程时间、第三产程时间、新生儿阿氏评分、出生体重、产妇产后2 h的出血量对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),母儿无不良结局。结论间苯三酚联合缩宫素可更加有效地促进宫颈成熟、显著缩短产程、增加阴道分娩机会,效果优于单纯应用缩宫素,且安全,值得推广。Objective To study the efficacy and safety induced labor. Methods Using randomized double-blind of using phloroglucinol with oxytocin in full-term pregnancy and controlled study ways, 204 pregnant women who got middle and lower cervical score of full-term pregnancy were randomly divided into 2 groups： Observation group, of which 102 cases were performed induced labor by phloroglucinol with oxytocin, and control group, of which 102 cases were performed induced labor by intravenous drip of oxytocin. Results The cervix expansion speed of observation group was obviously faster than the control group （P〈0.05）. The first stage of labor and total labor time was significantly less than the control group （P〈0.01）. Vaginal births were significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. There was no statistical significance contrasting the time of second and three stage of labor, Apgar scores, birth weight, and postpartum hemorrhage after 2 hours （P〉0.05）. There were no adverse outcomes with mother and baby. Conclusion The phloroglucinol with oxytocin could be more effective in promoting cervical ripening, increasing the chance of vaginal delivery. The effect was better than safe, worth popularizing in obstetrics sign the ificantly shortening the production process and simple application of oxytocin. And the drug wassafe, worth popularizing in obstetrics.
