摘  要:以城市污水厂脱水污泥为原料,采用ZnCl2活化法制备污泥活性炭,以品红吸附值及比表面积为评价指标设计正交实验。结果表明:主要影响因素为热解温度,ZnCl:浓度,浸泡时间及固液比的影响较小。最佳制备条件为:热解温度550℃,ZnCl2浓度3mol/L,浸泡时间为5h,固液比1:3。采用Coats-Redfem积分法对ZnCl2活化后的污泥热失重过程中450℃~650℃温度段进行分析,该温度段在n=2时方程拟合线性较好。反应活化能为146.04KJ/mol,频率因子为3.95×10^7s^-1,动力学方程为:dα/dt=:3.95×10^7 exp(-17565.9191/T)(1n)^α2。Sludge activated carbon was prepared by ZnCI2 activation using dewatered sludge of nicipal wastewater treatment plant as the raw material. An orthogonal test was conducted by a mu- using the adsorption property of fuchsin and specific surface area as the evaluation indicators. The main influential factor of preparing the sludge activated carbon is pyrolysis temperature, followed by the concentration, the soaking time of the activator and the solid-liquid ratio. The optimum preparation conditions were pyrolysis temperature of 550℃, ZnC12 concentration of 3 mol/L, soaking time of 5h, and solid-liquid ratio of 1:3, respectively. The integral method of Coats-Redfern was employed to analyse the pyrolysis process of the sludge activated by ZnC12 at the temperature range of 450 -650℃. A kinetic equation of dα/at = 3.95 × 10^7exp ( 17 565.919 1/ T ) (l-α) was presented. The results indicate that the linearity fits well during the temperature range when n = 2 with the activation energy and the frequency factor being 146.04 kJ/mol and 3.95 × 10^7 s^-l, respectively.
