组织记忆视野下的大学校园文化建设

摘　　要：组织记忆是组织成员对过去的信息或知识进行收集、存储和利用的处理活动和结果。组织记忆对校园文化的形成起着至关重要的作用。可以说,组织记忆就是校园文化。学校的组织记忆是促进校园文化提升发展的主要资源,是建构校园文化的基本素材,是滋养师生员工的重要养分。文章从组织记忆的视角对校园文化建设提出了一些建设性的建议。Organizational memory is the processing activity and results that the members of an organization collect,store and apply the past information and knowledge.It plays an important role for the formation of college culture even we can say it is a kind of college culture itself.The organizational memory of a college is the main resource,the basic materials and important nutrition of campus culture development.This paper tries to put forward some suggestions from the perspective of organizational memory.
