摘　　要：随着我国人口老龄化趋势加快,设计适应老年人需求的住宅十分必要。我国当前的住宅不仅数量上不能满足老年人居住所需,而且其环境、结构、设施等许多方面都不能适应老年人的需要。为此,住宅设计要尽量满足老年人的生活需求,其配套设施应完整完善。With the increase of aging population,it is necessary to design house to meet the demand of the old. Currently,housing in China is unable to accommodate the need of the old in many ways including quantity,environment,construction etc. Therefore,the housing design should fulfill the living need of the old and complete supporting facilities as far as possible.
