摘　　要：安徽雷竹科技示范园区自2009年开始建立以来,在基础设施建设、技术推广体系建立、技术进步及培育效益提升等方面取得了显著进步。本文利用问卷调查、半结构式访谈、二手资料的收集和实地调查,采用Delphi法和AHP法计算指标权重,建立安徽雷竹科技示范园区评价指标体系,并对实施效果进行了评价。结果表明,在以11个子项目为评估对象、满分为11分的评估中,园区建设综合得分为12.27,示范园区建设超额完成既定目标,实施效果良好。Since the establishment of Anhui Science and Technology Demonstration Park of Phyllostachys praecox in 2009, remarkable progress has been made in its infrastructure construction, establishment of the technology promotion system, technological progress and promotion of cultivation effects. In this paper, on the basis of questionnaires, semi-structured interviews, collection of secondhand information and field surveys, an evaluation index system for the park was established by using Delphi and AHP to get the index weight and the park implementation effects were evaluated. The results showed that in an evaluation with 11 subprojects as the evaluation objects and 11 points as its full score full score, the construction of the park got a composite score of 12.27, overfiling its set goal and showing good implementation effects.
