当代大学生人格的“三维”空间构建刍议

摘　　要：当代大学生健康人格的缺失,出现"空心化"现象,导致部分大学生的人性压抑、人格扭曲、人品虚无、人心浮躁、读书做事追求急功近利。究其原因,主要是传统家庭教育的失误、大学教育的功能缺损、社会体制转型的冲击的影响。解决当代大学生人格"空心化"问题的思路是构建人格的"三维"空间,提升当代大学生人格品行的高度,拓展人格层面的宽度,延伸人格内涵的长度,形成具备支撑性、包容性、特质性的丰满人格内涵,实现当代大学生人格的现代化。There is a phenomenon that the lack of contemporary college student＇s neatmy personality has become hollow, resulting in some students＂ human depression, personality distortions, character nothingness, impetuous, reading things in pursuit of the instant success. The reasons are mainly due to the impact of misled by the tradition- al family education, loss of function of university education and social system transformation. Solving the problem that contemporary college students＂ personality hollowing is to build a personality of the ＂three - dimensional＂ space, standing the height of contemporary college students personality character, expanding the width dimension of personality, extending the length of the personality connotation, making the personality connotation supportive, in- elusive and unique, to achieve the modernization of contemporary college students personality.
