摘　　要：《监狱哲学的现代构建》是乔成杰副研究员监狱哲学思想的理论创新。囚犯是监狱的元概念。现代监狱哲学认为,监狱是刑罚执行机关,是和谐社会的调节器和社会矛盾的化解器。现代监狱价值的内容是公正、谦抑和效率。这是现代监狱制度的三大"支点"和贯穿现代监狱哲学的三条"红线"。Modern Construction of Prison Philosophy is prison philosophy theoretical innovation by associate professor,Qiao Chengjie. Prisoner is the base concept of prison,modern prison and modern prison philosophy thought,prison is an organ of penalty,is a regulator of the harmonious society and place to resolve the social contradictions.The content of the modern prison value is justice,tolerance,and efficiency. This is the three big ＂pivot＂of modern prison system and three ＂red lines＂of the philosophy throughout the modern prison philosophy.
