摘　　要：社会属性和人力资本属性对创业选择和创业业绩具有重要影响。以各种具体属性作为说明变量,文章通过创业选择和创业业绩被说明函数模型研究,得到各种属性与创业选择和创业业绩存在不同的相关程度;通过对部分属性与创业选择和创业业绩关联分析,得到创业选择与创业业绩存在条件关联。同时提出,有利于创业选择因素对创业业绩不一定具有良好的效果,今后政策导向需要充分认识到"培养创业意识"远比"金融支持"重要的多。Social factors and human capital exert great influence on choice of starting a business and its performance and have a different correlation degree with them. There exists conditional correlation between choice of starting a business and its performance. Those factors which are helpful for entrepreneur may be helpless for performance.Sometimes cultivating spirit of entrepreneur is more important than financial support for starting a business.
