摘  要:[目的]探索卷烟主要辅助材料对主流烟气中苯并[a]芘(B(a)P)、4-(N-甲基亚硝胺基)-1-(3-吡啶基)-1-丁酮(NNK)和4种芳香胺总量释放量的影响。[方法]分别通过单因素试验和正交试验方法考察卷烟纸透气度、卷烟纸克重、滤棒吸阻和滤嘴通风度参数对卷烟主流烟气中B(a)P、NNK及4种芳香胺总量释放量的影响。[结果]结果表明,卷烟纸透气度、滤棒吸阻和滤嘴通风度与卷烟主流烟气中B(a)P、NNK、4种芳香胺总量释放量呈明显的负相关关系,其中影响最大的为滤嘴通风度,滤棒吸阻次之;在正交试验范围内,卷烟纸透气度为50 CU,滤棒吸阻为4 500 Pa/支及滤嘴通风度为60 CU为最优方案,并与优化前进行了对比,优化后卷烟主流烟气中B(a)P、NNK和4种芳香胺总量释放量均低于优化前。[结论]研究结果为卷烟减害工作提供了参考。[Objective[The aim was to explore the effects of the key auxiliary material in cigarette on the release amount of l)enzo[o~]pyrene (B(a)P), 4-(N-methyl-nitrosamine)-l-(3-pyridyl)-l-hutanone (NNK) and the Iota[ amount of four kinds of aromatic amines.[Method[The effects of the air permeability of cigarette paper, the gram weight of cigarette paper, the filter rod draw resistance and the ventilation degree of filter on the release amount of B( a )P, NNK and the total amount of four kinds of aromatic amines in the mainstream cigarette smoke were investigated through the experimental methods of single factor experiment and orthogonal design experiment respectively. [Result[The results indicated that the air permeatfility of cigarette paper, the filter rod draw resistance and the ventilation degree of filter present a negative correlation with the release amount of the B(a)P, NNK and the total amount of four kinds of aromatic anfines in the mainstream cigarette smoke, and what effected most was the ventilation degree of the filter followed hy the filter rod; In the scope of the orthogona] experiment, the optimal scheme was that the air permeability of cigarette paper was of 50 CU, the filter rod draw resistance was 4 500 Pa per cigar and the ventilation degree of fiher was 60 CU, which were compared with that before the optimization, and the resuhs of the comparison indicated that the release amount of the B ( a )P, NNK and the total amount of four kinds of aromatic anfines in the mainstream cigarette smoke were less than that before the optimization. [Conclusionl The resuhs provided references for cigarette harm reduction work .
