益眠达片联合佐匹克隆治疗老年失眠症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察益眠达片联合佐匹克隆片治疗老年失眠症的临床疗效。方法 80例老年失眠症患者随机分为治疗组40例、对照组40例。完成观察的71例,治疗组37例,对照组34例。治疗组益眠达片3.0 g/d联合佐匹克隆片3.75 mg/d口服,对照组单纯给予佐匹克隆片7.5 mg/d口服,分别在治疗前、后2、4周进行匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分,并进行临床疗效评价。结果两组PSQI评分各分项分与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前与治疗后2周、4周,两组PSQI评分均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗4周末,两组PSQI各分项评分的降低与治疗2周末比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益眠达片3.0 g/d联合佐匹克隆片3.75mg/d治疗老年失眠症,临床疗效与佐匹克隆片7.5 mg/d疗效相当,益眠达片可减少佐匹克隆用量,减轻不良反应。Objective Observe the therapeutic efficacy of Yimianda tablets withzopiclone for the treatment of senile insomnia.Methods 80casesofpatientssufferingfromsenileinsomniaweredividedrandomlyintotwogroups：treat-ment group（40 cases）and control group（40 cases）.The patients of treatment group were given with Yimianda tablets 3.0 g with zopi-clone 3.75 mg,while the patients of control group given only zopiclone 3.75 mg,for 4 weeks.Efficacy was assessed with Pitts-burgh sleep quality index（PSQI）before treatment,2th and 4th week after treating.Results The scores of PSQI of two groups are statistically meaningless（P〉0.05）before treatment.But the scores of PSQI of two groups significantly decreased（P〈0.01） at both 2th and 4th week after treating.Conclusion Yimianda tablet with zopiclone has similar efficacy as zopiclone on treating senile insomnia.Yimianda tablet can reduce the usage of zopiclone which can lead to some adverse reactions.
