摘　　要：人参皂苷是人参的有效提取物之一,本文主要对近年来人参皂苷在脑缺血保护方面的药理活性研究进展及其可能的作用机制进行综述。Ginsenoside is one of the effective extracts of ginseng. In this paper, the recent research progress in pharmacologic activities of ginsenoside against the protection of cerebral ischemia and the possible mechanism are discussed so as to provide a theoretical basis for the further study of ginsenoside.
