摘　　要：目的:了解南方某生活垃圾焚烧厂周围居民健康状况自评情况及影响因素,为课题后续的研究提供线索。方法:采取多阶段随机抽样的方法抽取某生活垃圾焚烧厂周围不同半径距离地区内1043名居民,自行开发问卷进行调查,结果采用χ2检验及累积比数Logistic回归模型进行分析。结果:在1043名调查者中,健康自评为"好"的493人,占47.3%;"一般"的为479人,占45.9%;"差"的为71人,占6.8%。居住年限越长、距离焚烧厂的距离越近,被调查者健康自评情况越差。患有慢性疾病和近两周有服药情况的调查者也倾向于消极的主观健康评价。结论:被调查者主观上认为焚烧炉影响了他们的健康。焚烧炉的存在从心理上影响居民的主观健康感受,而主观健康感受产生的中介作用,在某种程度上加重了被调查者对慢性疾病的痛苦感受,进而让被调查者对自我健康的评价更倾向于差。Objective： To investigate the self - rated health evaluation of residents around a MSW incineration plant in the south and its in- fluential factors for follow - up studies. Methods： By multi - stage random sampling 1043 residents in this region in a radius of the MSW incinera- tion plant were investigated adjusting influence of immigrants, questionnaires was specifically designed for this project, X2 test and Cumulative Odds Logistic Regression Model are employed for analysis. Results： Among 1043 respondents, 493 people self- rated themselves as ＂good＂, ac- counting for 47.3% ; 479 were ＂fair＂, accounting for 45.9% ; ＂poor＂ for 71 people, accounting for 6.8%. Analysis showed subjects with longer residents, low radius, tend to give worse self - rated health evaluation. Subjects with chronic diseases and having taken medication in recent two weeks also tend to give negative self- assessment results. Conclusion： Subjectively, the respondents believe that their health is affected by the incinerator. Presence incinerator psychologically affect the feelings of residents subjective health, and subjective health feelings generated by the intermediary role, to some extent increased the respondents feel the pain of chronic diseases, thereby allowing evaluation of the respondents are more inclined to poor self - health.
