云南省某高校南亚留学生与国内学生艾滋病知信行状况调查

摘　　要：目的:了解云南省大理学院南亚留学生和国内学生对艾滋病认知、态度及行为状况,为制定有针对性的健康教育和预防干预措施提供科学依据。方法:对云南大理学院南亚留学生和国内大学生进行自填式问卷调查。结果:本校国内大学生和南亚留学生艾滋病相关知识知晓率不同。多数大学生对艾滋病人持积极态度,90%以上的国内大学生和南亚留学生都认为学校向学生讲授艾滋病相关知识非常重要。本校国内大学生和南亚留学生艾滋病相关行为情况差异显著,在发生过性行为的大学生当中,93.3%的国内大学生的性行为对象为异性恋对象;而有22.0%的南亚留学生的性行为对象是网友,且存在不安全性行为及同性性行为现象。结论:本校国内大学生和南亚留学生在艾滋病的知识、态度、行为方面有所不同。应当加大对南亚留学生艾滋病防治行为教育,提高南亚留学生防治艾滋病意识,促进南亚留学生人群身心健康。Objective： To understand the AIDS knowledge, attitude and behavior of college students in South Asia and the domestic students in Yunnan Dali University. Methods： College students in South Asia and college students in domestic filled type questionnaire. Results： Domes- tic college students＇aware of knowledge about HIV/AIDS related different in South Asia. Most college students positively to AIDS people, more than 90% of the domestic college students and the south Asian students all think schools to teach students about HIV/AIDS related knowledge is very important. Behavior related AIDS of Our domestic college and south Asian student＇s situation significant difference. In sex among college students, 93.3% of domestic college students＇sex objects as heterosexual object, and 22.0% of the south Asian students sex object is a net friend and sex existence phenomenon of unsafe sex and sex. Conclusion： Our domestic college students and the south Asian students in terms of HIV/ AIDS knowledge, attitude and behavior are different. More to the south Asian students AIDS prevention behavior education, improve the south A- sian students AIDS prevention consciousness, promote the south Asian students crowd physical and mental health is very important.
