摘 要:汽车尾气压力约0.3~0.5 MPa,温度约500~700℃,有大量热能可资利用。回收尾气热量的换热器效率低,使得目前汽车尾气热电发电的容量和综合效率(发电功率与尾气热量之比)低,制约了热电发电技术的产业化应用。对于尾气换热器的内部结构,以Inclined plate为比较基准,在Serial A基础上改变挡板并在璧面上增加翅片得到Serial B,而在Serial B基础上增加翅片与侧面壁面之间的间隙获得Serial C。采用CFD工具建立了热交换器的四种结构模型,在相同的边界条件下模拟了流体的温度场、流场。结果表明郊区工况下,Inclined plate和Serial A结构换热量和压降均比较低,Serial B和Serial C结构则分别达到了2 495 W和2 415 W。同时,二者的压力损失分别为70 416 Pa和59 138 Pa,即Serial B比Serial C的压力损失增大了19%,而换热量仅仅增加了3.3%。Automobile exhaust is about 0.3 ~ 0.5 MP and 500 ~ 700℃. The present thermoelectric gener- ator by automobile exhaust is low in efficiency and capacity, the exhaust heat exchanger has become the bottleneck of thermoelectric generation into industrialization application. The exhaust heat exchanger was optimized: Inclined plate was the benchmark, Serial B was obtained by improved baffle and fin on Serial A, Serial C was obtained by the gap between fin and side wall added to Serial B. The CFD models were developed to predict heat transfer and pressure drop of these heat exchangers. The result showed that In- clined plate and Serial A were low in heat transfer and pressure drop, while Serial B and Serial C were much higher, 2 495 W, 2 415 W and 70 416 Pa,59 138 Pa, respectively. That is, Serial B was higher 19% in pressure drop and 3.3% in heat transfer than Serial C.
