摘 要:针对恒间隙密封液压缸内泄漏量随压力升高而增加的特性,应用金属材料弹性变形理论和间隙密封理论,提出了一种变形活塞式压力补偿变间隙密封液压缸。研究了活塞的变形机理,推导了活塞唇边变形量计算公式并进行了仿真分析。通过试验测得了自补偿变间隙密封液压缸泄漏量随压力的变化情况,试验结果表明,活塞的变形能够有效减少间隙泄漏量。The leakage of the hydraulic cylinder with a constant clearance seal increases with increasing of pressure. To solve this problem, a kind of pressure compensation clearance seal hydraulic cylinder is proposed in this paper based on the metal elastic-plastic theory and the clearance seal theory. In the paper, we analyze the deformation mechanism and deduce the calculation formula of the deformation. We also have a simulation study of the deformation. We obtain the variation law of the leakage under changing pressure by lots of experiments. From the experiment results, we can know that, the deformation of the piston can effectively decrease the leakage of the clearance.
