呼伦贝尔市县域经济发展问题研究

摘　　要：中国的县域经济是相对独立运行的基本经济单元,是国民经济的基本行政区域经济。党的十八大报告指出,全面建成小康社会的重点、难点以及潜力在于县域经济,随着城镇化的深入发展,县域经济将在较长时期内成为推动国民经济平稳较快发展的重要增长极。结合呼伦贝尔市县域经济的发展现状和特点,运用哈罗德-多马经济增长模型分析县域经济增长,说明县域经济增长率与居民的储蓄率成正比,提出呼伦贝尔市应着力转变经济发展方式,推进新型工业化、城镇化、农牧业现代化进程,培育和发展特色产业促进县域经济的发展。The county territorial economy of China is the basic economic unit of relatively independent operation. It＇ s the basic administrative regional economy in national economy. The 18th Chinese Communist Party National proposed the vigorous devel- opment of the county territorial economy. With the further development of urbanization, the county territorial economy will pro- mote steadily and rapidly economic development in the long - tenn. We have combined with the actual situation of the Hulun- buir city and expounded the development condition, analysed the county economic growth by using Harold - Sodem model. The results show that the county econome growth rate is proportional to residents savings rate. Put forward that Hulunbuir city should focus on the transformation of economic development, promote industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization, cul- tivate and promote the development of special industries.
