摘　　要：工艺加工过程中,沟坐标决定沟道形状,而沟道形状直接影响轴承的旋转精度及回转灵活性。介绍了一种四点接触球转盘轴承沟坐标的计算方法,并在Excel中进行计算且通过实例进行了验证。结果表明,该方法提高了工作效率,降低了沟形误差。The groove coordinate determines groove shape in process, which directly affects rotation accuracy and rotation flexibility of bearings. Therefore, a calculation method is introduced for groove coordinate of four - point contact ball slewing bearings. The calculation is formed in Excel and verified by an actual example. The results show that the method improves work efficiency and reduces error rate of groove shape.
