摘 要:采用水溶液聚合法制备了N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺/衣康酸吸水树脂.以吸水倍率为评价指标考察合成条件对树脂性能的影响,确立了合成的最佳条件为:单体摩尔比1∶4,衣康酸中和度85%,交联剂用量为0.08%(单体总摩尔分数),引发剂用量为0.4%(单体总摩尔分数),反应温度为50℃,其吸水倍率为736 g/g,吸水树脂的形貌采用SEM进行了表征.Water-absorbent resin based on N-methylol acrylamide/itaconic acid was prepared via aqueous solution polymerization .The synthesis conditions for the resin performance were studied on the basis of water absorption ratio . The optimum conditions for synthesis were obtained as follows: the monomer ratio was 1∶4; the neutralization degree for itaconic acid was 85%;the cross-linking agent and initiator amount was 0.08%and 0.4% of total molar equiva-lents of monomer , respectively;the temperature was 50 ℃.The water absorption ratio was up to 736 g/g.The mor-phology of the water-absorbent resin was also investigated by SEM .
