中国远洋渔业企业参与北极渔业的可行性分析

摘　　要：北极边缘海域拥有世界上重要的渔场。越来越多的研究与调查结果显示,随着全球气候变暖,北半球部分鱼类的活动范围逐渐向高纬度地区偏移,北极圈附近海域因此出现了新的渔场。本文综述了环北极地区的渔业概况及全球气候变化对北极地区渔业和渔业资源产生的影响,展望开发利用北极边缘海渔业资源的前景,分析了中国企业参与环北极渔业的现状和面临的问题,并提出了后续相关的研究方向以及对环北极渔业资源开发利用需要开展的国际合作,认为中国企业参与环北极渔业对于促进我国远洋渔业发展具有积极意义。The marginal seas of the Arctic Ocean are important fishing grounds. Global climate warming has caused marine life gradually shift toward higher latitudes. Therefore, people pay more and more attention to the changes of fisheries and fishery resources in the Arctic. This article described the fishery resources status of major countries surrounding the Arctic area, analyzed the interannual variations of total catch for the world＇s major fishery species and how they were affected by global climate changes, prospected the development and utilization of the Arctic fishery resources, proposed the direction of related research and international cooperation on the exploitation of Arctic fishery resources. Finally, the paper discussed the existing problems. This article can provide basic data on the exploitation of Arctic fishery resources for Chinese pelagic fishery enterprises.
